The next Elections for Local Resident Representatives on the Boards of the Association and its Subsidiary Company will be taking place in August 2009.
The Board of Directors consists of twelve Directors:
- two nominees of Birmingham City Council
- two nominees of Bromford Housing Group
- two independant Directors
- six local Directors
Local Directors are chosen by Election from three categories of estate residents
- residents in Stockfield Community Association properties
- residents in Bromford Housing Group properties
- owner occupiers and shared owner occupiers
It is the aim of the Association to have two Directors in each of the above estate resident categories. However, if insufficient candidates are available there may be a need to have more than two from certain categories but there may be no more than a maximum of three from any one category.
