Choice Based Lettings is the preferred way of letting empty properties for many Councils and Housing Associations.

Every week Birmingham Home Choice will advertise the properties Stockfield has available.
You can bid for up to three properties each week. Birmingham Home Choice then shortlists customers for each property using their housing need points. The eligible customers with the most housing needs points will then be invited to view the property.
